Invest
in Location, Location, Location
Esentepe is the new hot spot for
property investment; attracting investors from Spain and
Southern France and those who seek to get into prime
property markets at the right time. Located only 20
minutes from Kyrenia, Esentepe is comprised of miles of
completely unspoilt coastline with natural coves, sandy
beaches, and stunning cliffs falling into the calm
Mediterranean. It is a paradise for those seeking a true
Mediterranean holiday experience. The mountains
including views of the Besparmark Mountain range provide
a stunning background to the seascape.
In 2003,
a new road was built from Kyrenia through Esentepe to
Tatlisu, opening an accessible dream area to all who
travel to Northern Cyprus. This road provides safe, easy
routes to some of the most exquisite property locations
on the island.
Beaches and Water
Sports
The beaches of Esentepe are some
of the prettiest in the world. The sea is perfectly warm
and calm for swimming, water sports, fishing, boating or
simply relaxing. You will find many natural beaches, as
well as a few Beach Clubs that offer full range of
amenities such as restaurant, swimming pools, beach,
pool bar and Water Sports for boat rentals.
Golf Course
Esentepe
is home to a new 18 hole championship Golf Course,
designed “American – style” to bring a new type of
Sports and Leisure to Northern Cyprus. The golf course
is spread over lovely land with olive and carob trees,
with mountain views to the South and sea views to the
North, what more can we ask for? The course is due for
completion in 2007.
Marina
Amongst the
many lovely bays in Esentepe one can find natural
marinas. One in particular located just 5 minutes from
the village of Esentepe, has plans to become an upscale
yacht club and marina full with a 6-star hotel, shops
and restaurants which will increase tourism greatly as
amenities such as this grow.
Airport
Access
Esentepe is only 45 minutes from Ercan International
Airport. Visitors can easily access the Esentepe region
directly, without the need to drive through
Nicosia or Kyrenia, which can have heavy traffic
at times.
